The shipping charges shown at checkout are estimated based on standard USPS Priority Mail rates (calculated by package weight, size, and distance shipped). The actual shipping charge may be more or less than the estimate.

If the actual shipping charge is $2.00 or more than the estimate quoted at checkout, we will contact you for approval prior to shipping your order.

Actual shipping charges are used for your order, therefore if the actual shipping charge is less than the estimate quoted at checkout your order total will be adjusted before your credit card is charged.

We use flat rate Priority Mail shipping whenever possible to keep your shipping costs down.

Dogs in Harmony orders are cushioned for shipping with biodegradable packing peanuts that are made from corn starch and dissolve in water leaving no toxic waste!

Dogs in Harmony is not responsible for damages incurred during shipment. Please notify the postal service if your package arrives damaged.

Please note that at this time Dogs in Harmony does not ship internationally.

Sales Tax

Sales tax will not be charged to your purchase if your order is being placed from any state other than Rhode Island.

Rhode Island law requires that we charge sales tax on any orders shipped within the state of Rhode Island.  Sales tax is applied to the total amount of the order including shipping.

Return Policy

We stand 100% behind our products.  If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of our product, please contact us by phone (toll free number) or

E-mail within 10 days of the shipping date of your order (as noted on your invoice) to receive an online store credit or replacement instructions.

If you are returning a product it must be sent to us prepaid.  We do not accept COD packages.
